- Complete Roofing Solutions will repair any sloped roof failure caused by a defective installation for as long as you own your home.
- Complete Roofing Solutions will repair any sloped roof damage due to winds that exceed the manufacturer’s warranty for as long as you own your home
(Area not to exceed 200sqft.) - Complete Roofing Solutions will repair any damage caused by animals for as long as you own your home.
(This excludes any soffit or fascia damage and the extraction of the animals or the installation of any necessary preventative measures. This service is limited to two visits for as long as you own your home.) - Complete Roofing Solutions will provide a free follow up roof inspection to ensure the continuing integrity of your roof within 12 months of installation.
Gold Warranty Coverage
Labour Warranty
Every sloped roof installed by Complete Roofing Solutions is covered for any roof failure caused by a defective installation for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.
Flat Roof Warranty
Complete Roofing Solutions will provide a five year labour warranty on any EPDM or TPO installed roofing system. Please ask for details regarding manufacture warranty options.
Shingle Manufacturer’s WarrantyComplete Roofing Solutions is able to offer exclusive manufacturing warranties from both GAF and CertainTeed. Our GAF Master Elite status allows us to offer the System Plus Warranty, a 20 – 50 year non pro-rated 100% replacement warranty.
Aluminum Warranty
Compete roofing Solutions will cover any labour deficiencies for a period of five years. (This excludes damage resulting from animals, extreme winds or ice)
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Complete Roofing Solutions under the Gold Warranty does not cover damage resulting from animals or winds exceeding the manufacturer’s warranty.
Complete Roofing Solutions does not warranty any repair work or partial projects unless agreed to in writing prior to the commencement of work.
Complete Roofing Solutions does not cover damage resulting from snow and ice damming.
Complete Roofing Solutions warranty coverage is limited to the roof and or aluminum work completed and does not cover any interior damage that may result.
Complete Roofing Solutions will not warranty any skylight repairs unless the skylights were replaced at the same time the roof was replaced.
Complete Roofing Solutions will not be held liable for any disturbances that occur in the home at the time of construction due to vibration (ie. pictures or wall hangings falling from the walls, small cracks in the ceiling or nail pops occurring in the drywall or plaster).
Complete Roofing Solutions will not be held responsible for any satellite dish reception issues that may occur after the roof installation. We recommend the dish not be installed onto the shingles whenever possible.
